Tracking your shipment

Tracking becomes useful after the parcel is released to the carrier and the carrier begins updating events.

Tracking normally starts after the parcel is assembled, final shipping is paid or approved, and the shipment is released to the carrier. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the parcel, contact support quickly with your order, carrier tracking number, delivery address, and any carrier notice.
