Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

K-Shippify coordinates receipt, inspection support, storage, consolidation, packing, split, repack, and shipment arrangement through service providers after goods reach the receiving location.

Final shipping may be based on actual or volumetric weight, carrier availability, service level, destination, dimensions, and provider evidence. Automatic final-shipping charging is limited to the disclosed threshold.

Storage starts when each item/package is received. K-Shippify includes 30 free days, then up to 15 paid-storage days at USD 1 per day per package. The storage clock is not reset by consolidation, repack, failed payment, cancellation, return-to-sender, or open final-shipping approval unless K-Shippify grants an exception.

K-Shippify may refuse, hold, return, report, or dispose of parcels affected by prohibited items, destination restrictions, sanctions, customs, carrier rules, safety issues, missing information, or non-payment.

Customers remain responsible for accurate item and recipient details, destination eligibility, import/export compliance, duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage/import fees, customs charges, and timely payment or instructions.
