01Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not cancel accepted active order obligations or automatically refund goods, shipping, duties, taxes, storage, returns, disposal, or exception charges.
02Unused subscription refund
A 14-day unused subscription refund may be requested only before first order authorization. Order authorization makes the subscription used for this policy.
03Goods and order refunds
If an item is unavailable before purchase completion, K-Shippify will refund the goods charge to the original payment method where available and restore used limits.
After successful purchase, refund availability depends on merchant, provider, carrier, customs, payment-network, and legal recovery. K-Shippify does not promise a refund of unrecovered third-party costs.
04Returns and issues
Change-of-mind returns are not supported by default after purchase. Defective, damaged, wrong, expired, shipment-damaged, lost, or marked-delivered-but-not-received issues should be reported within 7 days of the relevant notice or tracking update.
05Storage and disposal
Paid storage may accrue after 30 free days for up to 15 additional days at USD 1 per day per package. Closure, return, or disposal may follow if a package remains unpaid, unclaimed, unapproved, unshippable, or awaiting action.
A USD 5 disposal fee may apply per disposed item/package where disposal is legal and operationally available.
