Prohibited Items and Sanctions Policy

Customers must not request illegal, unsafe, restricted, sanctioned, counterfeit, infringing, or unsupported items, origins, recipients, or destinations.

• Fragrances, aerosols, nail products, supplements, ingestible products, batteries, electronics, luxury or high-value goods, regulated goods, and destination-sensitive items may require manual review or refusal.
• Ordinary K-beauty cosmetics, skincare, makeup, K-fashion, K-pop merchandise, and ordinary consumer goods may be eligible when lawful and supported.

South Korea is excluded as a destination because K-Shippify ships from Korea. Other destinations remain subject to sanctions, carrier availability, customs, payment, and prohibited-item rules.

Screening may be automated, AI-assisted, manual, or contractor-assisted. Screening is not a guarantee that an item is legal, safe, or shippable. K-Shippify may request information, require acknowledgement, refuse, cancel, hold, return, report, or dispose of items where required.
