K-Shippify may collect account, contact, subscription, payment, order, product-link, shipping, customs, support, fraud-prevention, sanctions-screening, device, browser, diagnostic, and legal-acceptance information.

K-Shippify does not collect full card numbers. Payment method details are handled through Stripe and other configured payment providers.

Information is used to operate subscriptions, administer orders, coordinate purchase and fulfillment activity, provide support, process payments, detect fraud, comply with law, manage disputes, and improve the service.

Preference and technical data may be used for language, country, currency, security, checkout, diagnostics, analytics, and measurement where permitted and configured.

K-Shippify sends marketing email about using the service, such as setup guidance, product news, and feature updates. Registering an account starts this email automatically; there is no separate opt-in step, and the practice is stated in the Terms of Service. It is sent on an opt-out basis rather than on a separately collected consent record.

It can be turned off at any time from the notification settings in the account dashboard, where each category of marketing email is switched on or off separately, or from the unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Both routes record the same preference, and an opt-out is kept so a later campaign does not resume it.

Email about orders, shipments, payments, storage, and account sign-in is service email, not marketing. It continues regardless of any marketing opt-out.

K-Shippify may share information with payment processors, fulfillment and logistics providers, communications vendors, fraud and compliance tools, professional advisers, and authorities when needed to provide the service or comply with obligations.

Records may be retained for account operation, accounting, tax, customs, sanctions, fraud, dispute, chargeback, legal-acceptance, and audit purposes. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be preserved.
