How to contact support and what to include

Email support with the relevant order, parcel, tracking, payment, and account details so the team can investigate faster.

Contact K-Shippify support at support@k-shippify.com. The target initial response time is 2 business days.

  • For order questions, include product links, order IDs, and screenshots where useful.
  • For shipping questions, include parcel ID, carrier tracking, destination country, and delivery notices.
  • For billing questions, include the payment date, amount, currency, and the relevant subscription/order/payment ID.
