Storage is included for 30 days per package from receipt.
15 paid-storage days
Paid storage may accrue at USD 1 per day per package for up to 15 additional days.
Closure balance
Return or disposal closure may follow. Disposal can add USD 5 per disposed item/package where legal and operationally available.
Account hold
If the second final collection attempt fails after closure, K-Shippify may place the account on hold pending support resolution.
If unpaid final shipping and accrued paid storage exist for the same parcel, K-Shippify may show one outstanding parcel balance with a breakdown while keeping separate ledger items internally.
