Payment Authorization and Saved Card Terms

By saving a payment method, a customer authorizes K-Shippify to charge only the accepted categories, triggers, calculations, and thresholds shown in the applicable flow. K-Shippify does not store full card numbers.

Goods may be charged automatically only when the customer saw a fresh USD estimate and the final amount is not more than 10% above that estimate. If no estimate was shown, manual approval or invoice is required.

Final shipping may be charged automatically only when it is not more than the estimate plus the stricter of 15% or USD 10. Above-threshold amounts require separate approval or payment.

Paid storage, parcel-balance recovery, disposal fees, address correction, reshipment, return, and exception charges require a disclosed authorization category or separate approval/payment flow.
