What happens if an item is out of stock or the price changes

If an item cannot be purchased before completion, K-Shippify refunds unavailable goods where possible and restores failed-purchase limits.

Korean store prices, options, stock, domestic shipping, and merchant terms can change before purchase completion. If the final goods/order amount is above the allowed threshold, stale, or missing an estimate, K-Shippify asks for a refreshed approval or invoice before charging or completing purchase.

Goods manual approval or invoice requests expire after 48 hours if not approved or paid. A reminder may be sent after 24 hours where available.
