K-Shippify uses Stripe or another approved payment processor for card and payment transactions. K-Shippify does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

  • Subscription renewal is a recurring membership charge until canceled.
  • Ordinary moderated goods orders use an operator-approved USD amount and a secure customer Pay-now checkout.
  • A saved card may be used for goods only when an existing, scoped authorization covers that exact charge category and trigger. Saving a card alone is not permission for a goods charge.
  • Current final-shipping payment is customer-present. Paid storage is not currently auto-charged to a saved card.

An eligible automatic goods attempt with an existing scoped authorization may be classified into a secure Pay-now fallback. Only that classified fallback receives the 48-hour window, measured from the first usable Pay-now action. Stock is not reserved until payment succeeds.

K-Shippify may send one reminder after 24 hours, but only while the order is still unpaid and eligible for payment. If payment is not completed before the 48-hour deadline, the unpaid order closes and a new order is required. Because no goods payment was captured, there is no goods refund to wait for.

An already-open checkout may be completed until the displayed deadline. If no checkout is open, start Pay-now at least 31 minutes before that deadline because a new secure checkout cannot be created during the final provider safety interval.

A technical or ambiguous processor failure does not start this customer payment window and does not trigger a payment reminder. K-Shippify first reconciles the payment result so a customer is not asked to pay twice.
